Refunds, Returns & Exchanges
At Fruity Nutty, we take great pride in crafting premium-quality chocolate and delivering it with care. Because our products are perishable and temperature-sensitive, our policy is designed to protect both your satisfaction and product integrity.
Return Eligibility & Limitations
Due to the nature of our products—fresh chocolates and dried fruit confections—we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has been processed and shipped. This policy helps us ensure product freshness, food safety, and quality control.
We strongly encourage customers to double-check the accuracy of their order details, including item selection, shipping address, and contact information before completing checkout.
Damaged, Melted, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, melted, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. To process a replacement or refund request, you must provide the following:
Your full name and order number
A detailed description of the issue
Clear photos of the product and packaging as received
All requests are subject to review, and replacements or refunds will be issued at our discretion based on the evidence provided. Please note that mild cosmetic imperfections or natural variations in handmade products do not qualify as damage.
Refund Exemptions & Shipping Responsibility
Refunds will not be granted in the following situations:
Incorrect or incomplete shipping address entered by the customer
Packages returned due to failed delivery attempts or recipient unavailability
Heat damage caused by delayed pickup or exposure to sun after delivery
Personal taste preferences (e.g., flavor or texture dislikes)
We are not responsible for courier delays once the parcel is in transit. During warm weather, we may include cooling packs, but we cannot guarantee product condition if left unattended upon delivery.
