Shipping policy

Shipping Schedule & Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 PM (local time) will be processed the next business day. We do not ship over weekends or during extreme weather conditions to protect the integrity of your order.

To ensure the best product quality, we do not offer same-day or rush shipping for perishable goods.

Temperature-Sensitive Handling

Our chocolates and nut-based confections are sensitive to heat and moisture. During warmer months, we include insulated packaging and cooling packs where necessary. However, once the order is in transit, Fruity Nutty is not responsible for any melting or spoilage due to delayed pickup or recipient unavailability.

Customers are fully responsible for receiving the package promptly. Please ensure someone is available to collect the parcel upon delivery. We are not liable for damage caused by:

Leaving packages outside in the sun

Unattended deliveries

Delayed receipt of the order

We strongly recommend shipping to a location where someone is available during the day, such as a workplace or attended front desk.

Shipping Zones, Fees & Delays

We currently ship within [Insert Country or Region, e.g., Malaysia] via reputable courier services. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on location and package weight.

While we work with trusted logistics partners, Fruity Nutty is not responsible for shipping delays once the parcel is in the courier’s hands. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. During peak seasons or public holidays, deliveries may be extended.

Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer will result in delivery failure with no refund eligibility. Please verify all address details before confirming your order.
